Return Process

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you to coordinate a convenient home collection time.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
